God of War (2018) came out on 20th April 2022 and won the Game of the year award. After more than 4 years of waiting, and a couple of delays, we finally have received the release date and a new cinematic trailer. 9th of November 2022, a date to remember.

Not only the trailer looks awesome but also it has started a buzz already that GOW Ragnarok will win a game of the year award. God of War Ragnarok will be facing Elden Ring this year for this award. Nonetheless, it's been a great year for fans. Games such as Elden Ring, GOW Ragnarok, and Horizon Forbidden West coming out in the same year is no less than a dream for gamers.
This game takes place after God of War (2018), as you can see in the trailer. Midgard has been hit by the freezing winds of Fimbulwinter, which makes survival even tougher for Kratos, Atreus, and Mimir. In spite of the fact that the last game built huge amounts of trust and understanding between father and son, their interactions are still quite complicated - especially after finding out about Atreus' Giant heritage and Kratos seeing the prophecy hidden within it. Ultimately, Kratos and Atreus must decide which path to follow together. All those living in the Nine Realms will be determined by their choices when Ragnarök approaches.
This is the last installment of Norse Mythology. I hope it goes to some other mythology. As a fan of this game, I can not see this series finishing. Until then, I will wait for this epic game to arrive. I am sure every other fan shares the same excitement.
